    • Look at how you’re spending your time and determine if it lines up with your priorities and values. [00:08:02]
  • Step #1: Become aware of what you like and you don’t like. [00:14:43]
    • What are you good at doing?  [00:19:54]
  • Step #2: Eliminate at least one thing per day that you hate doing. [00:21:42]
  • Step #3: After you’ve eliminated one thing per day that you don’t like to do, use that free time to do something that you love. [00:26:16]
  • Step #4: Reserve one day per week as your flex day for doing the things that you enjoy. [00:31:53]
  • Step #5: Delegate when possible. [00:37:59]
